The Ministers of *Education, Higher Education, Investment and Foreign Trade*, and the Executive Director of the *National Training Academy* signed a cooperation protocol to launch the *"Presidential Program for Qualifying Egyptian Youth for Leadership"*.
The program aims to *discover, nurture, and qualify gifted Egyptian youth* aged *13 to 18*, developing their personal, social, and leadership skills. It builds an integrated path for gifted care from school through university to the labor market, entrepreneurship, and postgraduate studies.
*Key Objectives*
- Equip youth with advanced tools and knowledge to keep pace with technology.
- Identify gifted students in scientific, technical, leadership, athletic, and artistic fields.
- Provide scholarships at private and national universities.
- Link high achievers to job opportunities and support startups.
- Nominate top performers for local and international grants and scholarships.
- Instill national awareness and support *Egypt Vision 2030*.
The program targets 3 main categories: *STEM school students, technology school students, and Thanaweya Amma / Baccalaureate / Nile International Certificate students*.
Implementation includes aptitude testing, psychological assessment, and a *Talent Profile* for each trainee to guide them to the most suitable academic and career path.
