Warm Weather and Rain Expected in Kafr El-Sheikh on Saturday

Kafr El-Sheikh is experiencing warm to hot weather during the daytime on Saturday, October 31, 2026, with moderate conditions at night. Temperatures are expected to reach 26°C during the day and 17°C at night, with forecasts of rainfall in the coming hours.

The Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate Operations Room stated that Mediterranean Sea waves along the governorate's northern coast are moderate, allowing fishing activities to continue normally. Wind speeds are expected to reach 30 kilometers per hour, while fishing activity at Lake Burullus remains regular.

Governor Ibrahim Makki instructed local officials to monitor weather developments, review weather maps and road conditions, and raise emergency preparedness levels.

He also directed continued monitoring of the beaches in Baltim and Motobas, alongside maintenance and cleaning of sewage networks and drainage systems in coastal cities and northern villages.

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority expects warm to hot weather across northern Egypt, Greater Cairo and northern Upper Egypt, while southern Upper Egypt will experience hot conditions. Temperatures will become cooler at night and during the early morning.

Light to occasionally moderate rainfall is expected in parts of the northern coastal regions, northern Delta and Matrouh Desert, with a 30% probability. There is also a very low chance of light rain over parts of the southern Delta, Canal cities and possibly Greater Cairo.
