Takaful and Karama Payments

The Ministry of Social Solidarity is preparing to distribute November 2026 payments under the Takaful and Karama program starting November 15.

Beneficiaries can collect their payments through bank ATMs and available payment outlets across Egypt.

The program currently supports approximately 4.7 million families, representing nearly 18 million citizens, with an annual budget of around EGP 54 billion.

How to Check Takaful and Karama Status

Beneficiaries can check their card status through the official Ministry of Social Solidarity website by following these steps:

1. Visit the ministry's official website.
2. Select the "Check Your Result" service.
3. Enter the beneficiary's national ID number.
4. Click "Inquire."
5. View the card status displayed on the website.

The service allows beneficiaries to check whether their cards are active or suspended.

Hotline for Complaints and Inquiries

The Ministry of Social Solidarity provides hotline 19680 to receive complaints and inquiries related to the Takaful and Karama program.
