In an atmosphere of joy and happiness, Major General Amr El-Gharib, Governor of Menoufia, honored today the top-achieving students in the General Secondary, Al-Azhar, and Technical Education exams who attained top positions nationwide for the 2025/2026 academic year. This comes as part of the Governorate's commitment to honoring high achievers and celebrating exemplary students, in recognition of their efforts throughout the academic year, and to encourage them to continue their path of excellence and success. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Hani Antar, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education, and Sheikh Hassan Darwish, Head of the Central Administration for the Menoufia Region. Menoufia, Mohamed Salah Mazrouh, Director General of Technical Education.

The Governor of Menoufia presented the honored students with the governorate's shields and financial rewards in recognition of their excellence and distinction, offering them his heartfelt congratulations. The Governor emphasized that this recognition serves as an incentive for all students to exert more effort and work towards achieving their goals and aspirations. He pointed out that academic excellence is one of the most important pillars of human development and building a better future. Furthermore, the Head of the Central Administration for the Menoufia region presented the Governor with a copy of the Holy Quran, a gift from His Eminence the Grand Imam Ahmed El-Tayeb, in appreciation of his dedicated efforts.

The top-performing students in the national high school exams were honored. These included Mohamed Yasser Ali Mohamed Mara'i, fifth in the mathematics section of the science track, and Mohamed Sameh Mohamed Fathi, eighth in the science track (his father accepted the award on his behalf). Also honored was Marwa Farid Abdel Sattar Ibrahim, second in the science section of Al-Azhar institutes, and Mohamed Hashem Rizk Abdel Aziz, top student in technical diplomas from the dual education and training schools. The governor took commemorative photos with the top students and their families, emphasizing the Egyptian state's strong commitment to the education sector and its dedication to supporting and nurturing its outstanding and distinguished students in various fields.

In a fatherly dialogue, the Governor of Menoufia held an open discussion with the top-achieving students individually to learn about their aspirations, future hopes, the colleges they intend to attend, and available scholarships.
