The competent court hears today the trial of defendants in the case of running over Hadeer, a tea vendor in Hadayek El-Ahram, Giza.

*Prosecution Investigations*

The Public Prosecution received a report of a collision that resulted in the death of a woman and injury to another while they were at their tea cart workplace. A prosecution team immediately moved to the accident site for inspection, and surveillance cameras around the scene were examined.

The prosecution heard the testimony of the injured woman and several eyewitnesses, who confirmed that the second defendant was driving the car at the time of the accident, which the first defendant also confirmed during investigations.

*Charges Details*

Investigations revealed that the father of the first defendant allowed him to use the car despite knowing he did not have a driver's license, which contributed to the accident.

The Public Prosecution charged the defendants with:

- Causing the death of the victim and injuring another

- Damaging others' property  

- Driving a vehicle without a license

The first defendant and his father were also charged with enabling the second defendant to drive without a license, while the father faces an additional charge of endangering a child.
