Hind Fathy, wife of late Egyptian actor Ibrahim Abdel Razek, has passed away. The news was announced by her sister Hiam Qoura on Facebook.
Ibrahim Abdel Razek was one of the most prominent villains in Egyptian theatre, television, and cinema. He starred in several plays including "Adham El-Sharkawi", "Masat Gamila", "La El-Afaret El-Zorq", "El-Ardahalgy", and "El-Malik Marouf". He also directed plays for secondary schools, higher institutes, and youth centers, winning several awards.
On television, he stood out in villain roles in series such as "El-Zoba'a" and "Ghalia El-Cinema". In film, he appeared in nearly 60 movies.
The late actor died "on this day" January 29, 1987, on stage while performing his final role in the play "Kaabloun" opposite actor Saeed Saleh.
