The complainant stated that the suspect, who appears in the attached photo, lured his brother into giving him a ride for money on a "tricycle". While they were in a farmland area near "Al-Rashah" in Belbis, the suspect brandished a white weapon and threatened the victim.

He added that the suspect stole cash and a mobile phone, and attempted to steal the tricycle. However, he fled on foot into the farmland after some locals arrived at the scene.
