*President Abdel Fattah El Sisi* met today in New Alamein with *PM Mostafa Madbouly* and *Justice Minister Mahmoud Helmy El Sherif* to review the Ministry of Justice's work.
The meeting covered progress on *"Justice City"* in the New Administrative Capital, focusing on digital infrastructure and modern technologies. Sisi stressed the goal is a *comprehensive digital judicial environment* and directed adherence to project timelines.
The Minister reviewed expanding *notarization services* through 11 new branches in National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr, plus new mobile notarization vehicles and 2 new branches in *Sohag and Minya* with remote services via *"I Want to Make a Power of Attorney"* app.
Sisi also directed speeding up the resolution of *accumulated cases* through a new digital case management system for criminal courts and the launch of the *Unified Digital Justice Strategy*. He emphasized applying the highest *cybersecurity standards* and ensuring swift enforcement of alimony rulings.
The new *Criminal Procedures Law* will come into effect on *October 1, 2026*.
