Military Production Minister participates in Sungrow energy storage plant groundbreaking in Suez Economic Zone.

*Dr. Eng. Salah Gomblatt*, Minister of State for Military Production, attended the foundation stone laying ceremony for *Sungrow Power Suez for Energy Equipment Manufacturing LLC* in the *Suez Canal Economic Zone* to establish a plant specialized in *energy storage systems*.

The event was attended by *Dr. Mahmoud Esmat* Minister of Electricity, *Eng. Khaled Hashem* Minister of Industry, *Hany Rashed* Governor of Suez, and *Mustafa Sheikhoon* Chairman of SCZONE.

Gomblatt affirmed the ministry's commitment to supporting the state's direction toward *localizing manufacturing* and modern technologies in *renewable energy*, in line with *President Sisi's* directives to shift toward a *green economy* and achieve *Egypt Vision 2030*.

The *SUNGROW project* reflects deepening *Egypt-China* economic partnership and aims to meet local market needs and export to global markets, supporting Egypt's sustainable development and energy security goals.
