Egypt is expected to experience warm to hot weather during the day on Thursday, October 22, 2026, with cooler conditions at night and in the early morning.
The Egyptian Meteorological Authority forecasts morning fog on several roads, with a chance of light rain along the northern coast and parts of the Nile Delta. Some areas, particularly North Sinai and Port Said, may experience moderate rainfall at intervals. Light rain could also reach parts of Greater Cairo.
Winds are expected to reach speeds of 30 to 40 km/h in several areas.
Cairo is forecast to record a high of 29°C and a low of 19°C. Alexandria will see temperatures of 27°C and 19°C, while Sharm El-Sheikh is expected to reach 32°C. Aswan will record a high of 33°C and a low of 19°C.
Motorists are advised to drive carefully during the morning fog and follow official weather updates
