Egypt Condemns Renewed Iranian Attacks on UAE and Jordan

Egypt condemned the renewed Iranian attacks targeting the United Arab Emirates and Jordan, warning of the serious consequences of continued escalation and the risk of expanding the confrontation across the region.

The Egyptian government expressed deep concern over the ongoing attacks, stressing that they pose a direct threat to the security and safety of neighboring countries and their peoples.

Egypt renewed its full solidarity with the UAE and Jordan and emphasized the importance of respecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of states.

Cairo also stressed the need to protect maritime security and freedom of navigation for vessels in international waterways and straits in accordance with international law.

Egypt warned that continued escalation could have serious consequences for regional security and stability, calling for an immediate halt to attacks and a reduction in tensions.

The Egyptian Foreign Ministry also called for a return to negotiations and for diplomatic efforts to be given an opportunity to reach solutions that could restore security and stability and prevent the conflict from expanding further.
