`86,000 Students Register Preferences in Stage 1 of Egypt University Admission

Egypt’s Ministry of Higher Education says 86,000 students have registered for Stage 1 of university admission for 2026/2027 via the electronic coordination website.

86,000 students have registered so far as Stage 1 coordination continues online.

Dr. Adel Abdel Ghaffar, official spokesperson for the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, announced that 86,000 students have registered their preferences for Stage 1 admission to public universities and institutes for the 2026/2027 academic year through the https://tansik.digital.gov.eg.

*Registration Open 24/7* 
He explained that registration remains open for first-stage high school graduates via the coordination website. 
The site allows students to submit or modify their preferences 24 hours a day throughout the stage. Students can also use computer labs at public universities, open daily from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for free technical support and assistance with registration.

*Guidelines and Awareness* 
The Ministry continues to publish guides, infographics, and awareness videos prepared by the Media Office to help students complete the electronic coordination process correctly and understand all related rules and procedures.

Students and parents were urged to follow the Ministry’s official website and social media pages for accurate information about electronic coordination.
